For each $1 you spend with us, you receive 1 point. For every 100 points you’ve accumulates a $1 discount which you can apply in our check out section.
(Ex. 1000 points = $10 discount) If you do a product review or reviews, you’ll earn 50 points.

Packaging and Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
All orders received before 5pm (GMT-4) will ship the same day. If your order is received after 5pm (GMT-4), your order will ship the following business day.
Can I edit/cancel my order?
If you would like to add or edit your order, you’ll need to enter a new order and we will cancel your original order. Please email info@skyvapeshopnearme.com with the order number you would like canceled.
If you would like your order canceled and it has not shipped out yet, please email info@skyvapeshopnearme.com.
If we have already collected your payment, then all order edits/cancels are made on a best-efforts basis.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED?
Your order will be discreetly packaged and vacuum-sealed to protect and maintain your privacy. We ship using disguised mailers or nondescript boxes with no indication of what is inside.
WOULD YOU SHIP MY PACKAGE SAFELY AND DISCREETLY?
Yes. We ensure that your order is packaged with care and vacuumed sealed. This protects your purchase and your privacy. We use mailers which are secure and discreet.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE, WHAT HAPPENED?
Insured Shipping
If you select Insured Shipping, and you don’t receive your package after two days past the expected delivery date, contact us. You will be credited for the full amount of the order in points and you can simply place the order again.
Non-Insured Shipping
If you have NOT selected the Insured Shipping Option, and you don’t get your package after two days past the expected delivery date, contact us. We can do a trace to find the package, they ship it to you and you’ll receive it a few days later. If the package is deemed “unrecoverable,” we can reship the order, but refunds will not be offered due to postal issues.
MY PACKAGE “REQUIRED SIGNATURE” WHY WAS THIS ASKED OF ME?
Any order over $300 dollars is sent with a ‘Signature Required.” If you don’t want this option, leave a note with your order indicating “No Signature required, Please.”
MY PACKAGE IS GOING TO THE WRONG DESTINATION WHEN TRACKED
If you’re tracking your package on the Discreet Dropoff website and it looks like it’s headed to the wrong city, it’s most likely due to human error. Human errors happen on occasion as the postal employee has to manually enter each postal code in the system and if they are off by a digit/letter, it can cause a routing error and subsequent delay of 1-2 days.

Sounds impossible but, Yes we delivery Worldwide. As a leading activist marijuana dispensary faced with legal boundaries, our operations are stealth giving us the will power to provide weed strains to needy patients and consumers who are willing to collaborate and exercise patience as all deliveries aren’t signature required packages.
WILL YOU DELIVER TO ANY ADDRESS?
We will deliver to any address (a restaurant, a bar, a shopping center, your house, whatever!) as long as your address is within one of the serviceable state. We can’t deliver to military camps, government institutions, any schools or near children, however.

When will my order be shipped?
Your order is shipped the same business day, if we receive your order and payment by our 1pm (GMT-7) cut off time. If we receive your order and payment after 1pm (GMT-7), your order will be shipped the next business day, except for overnight express delivery.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
If you want to edit or add to your order, you’ll need to create a new order with us. We will then cancel the old order. Email us at info@skyvapeshopnearme.com with your order number that you want cancelled. This order will be cancelled or edited if it hasn’t been sealed or shipped out yet.
